What began as a bold idea has now evolved into a global movement. In April 2020, we launched YoungSmart Africa, driven by a vision to instill agency in young people—helping them take charge of their futures with confidence. As our mission deepened, we recognized an urgent need to support mid-career women navigating leadership and career transitions. This led to the birth of Araba Africa in 2021, a platform dedicated to unlocking the leadership potential of women in Africa
Now, as YSA Global, we stand at the intersection of personal and professional growth, bridging the gap between ambition and achievement. Our journey has shaped a comprehensive ecosystem that nurtures proactive living, purpose discovery, and career development, ensuring young professionals and mid-career women have the tools, mentorship, and strategies to thrive in an ever-evolving world.
